Mr. Wong represents business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and investors with their

business and legal needs, including contracts, joint ventures, partnerships, licensing, distribution

agreements, employer-employee issues, stock transactions, buy/sell agreements, leases, real

estate transactions, and other business related matters, including risk evaluation and due

diligence reviews. Mr. Wong also represents owners and investors in real estate transactions

and contract disputes.

Mr. Wong represents foreign companies and investors seeking to establish a physical presence

in the United States by assisting with their corporate structuring, strategic planning, strategic

alliances relationships, contracts, immigration visas, and related business and personal matters.

Mr. Wong also represent investors and companies seeking investment and trade opportunities

in the emerging market countries around the Pacific Rim, especially China, by identifying

business opportunities, joint venture and/or strategic alliance partners, and to negotiate and

prepare agreements between the parties.

Mr. Wong holds a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law; an MBA from The

Thunderbird School of International Management, and a BA from the University of Rochester.
